2.2 Which file format should I use?
Basically the safest format is the *.tif document (300 dpi, LZW-compressed for PC). We also accept the following data formats: *.ai, *.fh, *.eps, *.pdf or *.psd. We beg you to send us no Corel Draw-data files (*.cdr) because we had often problems with these kind of data in the past.
If you have a Coral-Draw design please save it with the data format *.eps.
If you use vector-design please do not use transparency in it.
