We make stickers every day with passion and profession! In small quantites, weather resistant, ontransparent vinyl, adhesive paper, with contour cuts. These are the daily jobs we do since 1996, when we were among the first online-printers for stickers in Germany. By now, there is a wide market forstickers and labels. "Our" beloved stickers have become an established product.
However, there are some key features that still distinguish us from the rest, or maybe it is because we really are into stickers printing for about 20 years now. Here are a few examples:
For us, every sticker should have it's shape. We contour-cut every sticker to the shape you want, not matter if it is a single piece or a bigger production. At stickma.de you can get every sticker individual shape and size. Be it stickers printed in solvent printing from 1 piece, in digital print for small quantities of 10-500 pieces, in screenprinting or offset from 500 pieces or flexoprint for above the 10'000. We use plotters, classical die cutters or inline puncing, dependign on the size of your production.
Stickersheets come in a wide range of formats like A5, A4, DIN-lang or any other size, including non-standard formats. In common they have the so called kiss-cut, wich allows printing of multiple stickers on one sheet, so that they can be peeled off separately. Therefore it is neccessary to only cut the foil or paper, but not the line benath. At stickma.de we do this at every quantity, starting from 1 piece.
Stickersheets are widely used as merchandise stickers, giveaways, or in fan shops. But also in industrial branches it may be useful to group labels of specific machine-types or product series on sheets.
There are many effect colours - we print them all! When you are short on time, various special pigments are available for stickers in offset printing as well. If you want screaming neon colors or authentic gold effects, we use screen printing where high density and an higher ammount of pigments (resulting in a very thick colour layer) are possible. This allows high-end stickers with impressive neon colors or so called "glow in the dark"-colors and even stickers with metallic colours like gold and silber or other effects. The strong, opaque and authentic colors distinguish these stickers from common offset printing.
Using stickers as merchandise or giveaways right at the POS may demand packaging and grouping, sorting, labeling or branding. Did we mention folding, binding and punching yet? Da wir Aufkleber in zahlreichen Druckverfahren produzieren, lag der Gedanke irgendwann nahe, diese Verfahren zu kombinieren. Eine Aufkleber-Postkarte als Flyer mit kräftigen Neonfarben aus dem Siebdruck, unregelmäßigen Anstanzungen, vollfarbiger Rückseite in Offset-Qualität, einem kräftigen Kartonträger als Rückseitenmaterial, in diesem Fall natürlich ohne störende Rückseitenschlitze - mit uns kein Problem!

Wir arbeiten eng mit zahlreichen Papier- und Folienhändlern wie der Igepa, Papyrus oder kleineren Lieferanten zusammen. Dadurch haben wir die Möglichkeit, fast alle verfügbaren Haftmaterialien am Markt für den Aufkleberdruck zu verwenden. Je nach Druckverfahren ist es oft nur eine Frage der Auflage, ab wann ein eigenes Material für Ihre Aufkleber verwendet werden kann. Im Offsetdruck sind individuelle Materialwünsche zum Beispiel bei Postkartenaufklebern bereits ab einer Auflage von 4000-5000 Stück möglich. Bei Aufklebern aus dem Digital- und Ecosolventdruck sogar schon bei Mengen deutlich unter 100 Stück.
