4.2 I have a complaint. What next?
Our aim is to fulfil your order for perfect satisfaction. If there is a reason for a complaint please send us your invoice and the reason why you want to complain. Fax us your invoice to +493518024600 or send us a copy by mail. The complained stickers have to return to us because we could not obtain a complaint in the print shop without them. We try to handle your complaint as fast as possible. Please notice that we reserve the right of repairing or replacing complained stickers.
