Please order preferantially at our online-shop (https://www.stickma.de). You will get get an automatically generated confirmation-email. We also accept orders via email in the execeptional case (you have to accept our general terms). Please notice that orders via email will take some more time.
Changes are possible if there are any small details to change in the design, script, imprint and so on - no problem - But please tell us in time. We do not guarantee that the changes can be done in time, until we confirmed the new design as received. Depending on type and kind of changes, we may demand a confirmation of the new version from you, before we print it.
Tell us your changes in time, via phone under +49351/8024600 or via email to sticker@stickma.de. If you've ordered through our online-shop, please have you rorder-id or invoice-id ready (check the confirmation mail or your account at stickma.de). For orders, placed by email, please tell us the email that was used when placing the order.
Before you are able to put a sticker in your shopping cart you have to upload your motive. On the option "Upload your motive" simply select the file on your local hard disk during ordering - the upload will work automatically. Or send us your data via email (sticker@stickma.de)
For larger files, we recommend using an external file hoster. You can also send us FTP access data, dropbox or similar cloud links. If you do not have the possibility to transfer your data electronically, please contact us and we will search together for a possibility.
You are able to select how fast your stickers are produced by selecting your prefered option from production time:
Standard: 7-10 working days
Preferred: 5-7 working days
Express: 3-4 working days
Production time influences the final price, so if you have enough time choose Standard and you pay the cheapest price. Preferred (extra amount of 10€) means that your order will be preferred to other orders with standard production time. And if you have to hurry, choose Express production - with an extra amount of 20€. From the deadline, it normally takes 7 days until the stickers are printed. We will send you the stickers as fast as possible via regular mail. This happens normally within 2-3 days, if the shipping address is in Germany. In case of foreign shippment the delivery will take approximately 4 days.
For a even faster production we offer digital printing. Here we can produce and dispatch stickers within 24 hours. If the stickers are time-critical, please contact us so that we can coordinate the production and shipping process.
